PVC Jig Coating
Polyvinyl chloride coating is a cost-effective metal finishing solution that ensures your structural components stand the test of time. This fire-retardant material is highly resistant to corrosion, abrasion, pressure, and harsh chemicals to guarantee long-lasting and chip-free results. Water resistance, this makes it an ideal material to coat certain fabrics which require this property.
The cold PVC dip coating process, parts are dipped in the liquid plastisol then briefly heated in the curing oven. For parts with hollow areas or complex geometries, slush and rotational molding techniques enable plastisol coatings to be applied to an even broader array of parts.
